YC-Pilot series pilot-scale hollow fiber columns

The YC-Pilot series features a standard diameter of 90 mm and a membrane area range of 2.0–6.0 m² per unit. Utilizing a gentle yet highly efficient tangential flow filtration (TFF) method, it is ideal for process optimization and enables scalable amplification from laboratory-scale filtration to commercial production scale. Constructed with a housing made of PS or ABS+UPVC/PMMA materials, the series is equipped with circulation inlets/outlets and filtrate side ports. It ensures stable filtration performance and high product recovery rates, making it particularly suitable for process development in biopharmaceutical and biochemical industries.
