Aix-I In-Place Chromatography Column

The Axi-I In-Place Automated Chromatography Column is designed for downstream purification of biopharmaceuticals in compliance with cGMP regulations. Featuring an expandable sealing ring design, it enables rapid venting at any position and supports in-place repacking. The total repacking time (including re-slurry of the old column bed) is less than 2 hours, with buffer consumption under 3 CV. It accommodates packing requirements for various matrix materials, including agarose and polymers.

Note：

1. The working temperature of the chromatography column is 4 - 40℃.

2. Special column diameter, column height, higher column pressure resistance (6 bar) can be customized according to customer requirements.

The 300 chromatography column body is made of imported Schott glass. For column bodies with a diameter of 450 and above, Blanson imported acrylic is used. Any diameter chromatography column can be equipped with an SS316L column tube.
