Background
Polystyrene divinyl benzene beads (PST) is a promising chromatography medium with the advantages of high rigidity, good resistance to organic solvents and wide range of pH value. At present, it has been widely used, and has successfully realized the separation and purification of natural products such as paclitaxel, icariin, huperzine A (B), resveratrol and other polypeptide components.
Experimental purpose
The microsphere is emulsified into a microsphere size of about 10μm / 30μm.
Experimental result
Before homogenization, it is basically oil-water separation, slightly yellow-green, and uniform white emulsion after using ultra-high pressure emulsifying homogenizer.
