We always believe that multi-dimensional interaction with our partners not only deepens product knowledge, but also helps us to accurately grasp the needs of the local market and continuously optimise our product solutions.
Recently, we held a multi-day training for our partner's engineer team from Russia, who visited our parallel fermenter manufacturing plant and participated in a very hands-on technical training.
The team was given a tour of the production site, followed by hands-on training! The training focussed on parallel bioreactors: from installation procedures and smooth handling to routine preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns - every detail was covered. A lot of practical insights were exchanged, and the experiences shared were perfectly tailored to the needs of our customers in Russia and Eastern Europe. The exchange was very fruitful!
