1. Core Technology: "Material reconstruction" under high pressure to achieve micron-level fine processing

The core principle of a high-pressure homogenizer is to deeply refine and mix materials through the triple effects of "high-pressure shearing + cavitation effect + impact effect". The equipment uses a high-pressure plunger pump to pressurize the materials to an ultra-high pressure of 100-1500 bar, causing the materials to flow through the tiny gap of the homogenizing valve at an extremely high speed (up to 1000 m/s). During this process, the materials undergo intense shearing, with large molecular clusters torn into tiny particles. Meanwhile, the sudden release of the high-pressure environment generates a "cavitation effect", creating countless tiny bubbles. When these bubbles burst, the resulting impact force further refines the particles. Finally, the materials collide at high speed with the valve seat or impact ring, completing the final homogenization treatment.
